What file formats do you accept?

Can you match our club or brand colours?
We get as close as possible within the dye sublimation process. Send us your Pantone references or brand colour codes and we will confirm how the colours will print on the preview before production starts.
What patch sizes can you make?
Standard sizes run from 1 inch up to 12 inches on the longest side. We can also make custom sizes. Tell us the dimensions you need and we will confirm what is possible and what it costs.
What are the patches made from?
Most sublimated patches use a polyester fabric base because dye sublimation bonds best with polyester. We also offer PVC, glow, metallic and holographic options for specialty finishes.
Will the patches survive washing?
Yes. Sublimated patches are colourfast and durable. Stitched patches can go through a normal machine wash. For heat applied and peel and place patches, follow the application instructions and wash inside out on a gentle cycle.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. Rush production and express shipping are available for time sensitive orders. Let us know your deadline and we will confirm the fastest possible turnaround before you commit.
What is your return or replacement policy?
If a defect comes from our end, we remake and reship at no cost. Claims need to be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on approved custom artwork.
Can I order a single patch as a sample?
Yes. There is no minimum order, so you can start with one patch to check the quality, colour and finish before committing to a bigger run.
Do you ship outside Australia?
